Being one of Australia's biggest mental health services for teenagers, we were tasked with helping them communicate with their audience. We managed and always-on social presence to help address the youth mental health issues across social media and in other areas.
We created a rage of assets for socials from instagram stories and posts, to LinkedIn post allowing me to focus on designing and communicating for different audiences. We also worked on OOH, YouTube thumbnails and digital display assets creating more range for headspace to reach their different audiences.
Working with headspace, we were able to understand more than just their audience, but also gain the skill of talking to the bigger issue of communicating about youth mental health in a positive way.
We focused on relevant trends, stop the scroll with highly relevant and contextual content and inform our audience on headspace’s core offerings in an engaging and informative way.
